Delinquent real property taxes must be paid in certified funds. We accept cash, debit card, cashier's check, money order, or credit card. Personal and business checks are not accepted.

Beginning May 1, 2013, the bank account payment option will be suspended for payment of real property taxes until the completion of the 2013 Tax Certificate Sale.

On May 23, 2013 8:00 a.m. (EDT) a Tax Certificate Sale will be conducted online and tax certificates will be sold on unpaid real property taxes. Additional charges accrue once a tax certificate is sold, and may result in the property being sold at a future date. The auction site www.leetaxsale.com will be available beginning May 1, 2013.
