Pay Online Help

  • Search
    Search for the item you would like to pay. The searches can be located one of two ways:
    • Click on the Pay Online option in the bar on menu bar above.
    • Click on the Payment Methods option in the bar on the left.
    With either option, select which type of search you would like to do. By selecting which type of payment you would like to do, it will take you to the appropriate search.

  • Once you have located the item you wish to pay, click on this button. You may add as many items as you wish to your cart. You can also put different types of items in your cart. For example, you could renew your vehicle's license plate at the same time as paying your real property and tangible property taxes.

  • You may view a list of all the items you have selected. You can also remove items from your cart by clicking on the trash can.

  • Clicking on this button will return you to the Online Payment page where you can select another item for payment.

  • After you have selected all the items you wish to pay, click on this button. Even after choosing this option, you can still modify what you have chosen to pay or cancel the transaction all together.
  • Contact Information
    Enter your personal contact information on this page. This information lets us know who to contact if additional information is needed. If you provide an email address, a confirmation of your transaction will be sent to that address. By completing this page, you are stating that you have been authorized by the account owner to make transactions on any credit card or bank account provided for payment. This page is not intended to change your address of record.
  • Payment Method Selection
    This page will allow you to choose the method of payment. The payment options available to you are based on the items you have chosen to pay. If there is only one option available, this page will not appear and you will be prompted directly for billing information.
  • Billing Information
    Enter the billing information for the payment method you have selected. For Credit Card, you will need the credit card number, the expiration date, and the billing name and address of the card holder. For Electronic Funds Transfer, you will need the name of the bank, the account owner type (personal or business), the type of account (checking or savings), the bank routing number, the account number, and the name and address of the account holder.
  • Confirm Transaction
    This page will give you a list of the items you have selected to pay and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card or debited from your bank account. If your transaction is completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation. This confirmation page will contain a confirmation number, the transaction date, and a list of the items you have paid for. Please print this page for your records. If you had entered an email address, a copy of this confirmation will be sent to you.
  • Questions Regarding your Transaction
    When contacting us regarding your transaction please provide us as much information as possible so we can identify your transaction.
    • Name, Address, and Daytime Phone Number
    • Date and Time of Payment
    • Confirmation Number
    • Registration Number (Tag Renewal)
    • Tax Year and Account Number (Real Property, Tangible Property)
    • Account Number (Local Business Tax (formerly Occupational License))
    • Method of Payment (Credit Card or Electronic Funds Transfer)
    • Any error messages received
