Vessel Fishing License

Vessel licenses are available through the Tax Collector’s office. For charter vessels, the license fee covers all paying passengers permitted by the license. For recreational vessels, (no charter fees charged) the license covers all individuals on board. These licenses are valid for saltwater fishing only.

Licenses may only be issued to an individual or a specific vessel. If the license is issued to an individual, the license may be used by the individual to charter any commercially registered vessel.
