Vessel Duplicate Title

You may apply for a duplicate title at any county tax collector's office.
  • Complete DHSMV form 82101.
  • Only the titled owner(s) or a lienholder on record may complete the application for a duplicate Florida title.
  • If the lien has been satisfied, a lien satisfaction form must be submitted with the duplicate application.
  • Title Fees
    • Title Issued by DHSMV - $9.00
    • Title Issued by Tax Collector's Office - $11.50
