Noelle Branning

As Lee County Tax Collector, Noelle Branning has distinguished herself as a highly effective servant leader. She is dedicated to redefining the customer experience by leading a role model organization for excellence in providing government services.

Under Noelle’s leadership, the Lee County Tax Collector’s Office has embraced an operational mission of delivering 5-star service quickly and efficiently, while valuing excellence, financial transparency, and innovation.

Noelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1998 and a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2004. She joined the Lee County Tax Collector’s office in 2013 and was elected county-wide as Lee County Tax Collector in 2020.

Since being sworn into office, Noelle has become an active member in the Florida Tax Collectors Association. As an elected Executive Board Member, Noelle is focused on sharing best practices to improve governmental efficiencies and the customer experience.

She also chairs the FTCA Resiliency Coalition which works to foster adaptability, strength, and collective partnership to provide Floridians continuity of operations in the face of natural disasters.

Noelle’s commitment to strengthening the community is evident in her service as an Executive Board Member for United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades Counties, and the Foundation for Lee County Public Schools. She is also an active Board Member for Community Cooperative.

Noelle is grateful for the opportunity to serve her community as Lee County Tax Collector.
